Hyaluronic acid for shallow wrinkles ? How it works.
Hyaluronic acid is characterized by its unique water-binding properties, thus providing hydration and elasticity to the skin. Did you know that hyaluronic acid is a substance that occurs naturally in the body? It is found, for example, in the joints, but especially just in the skin. The injection of fine wrinkle fillers increases the amount of this naturally occurring substance and eases the aging process in the skin. The acid activates the body's own fibroblasts and stimulates cells to produce new ones, which in turn results in increased synthesis of collagen ? the so-called protein of youth.
What parts of the skin can be treated?
Hyaluronic acid for fine wrinkles can be used in areas where the effects of skin aging are most quickly visible. The most common is the face, but not only ? neck, décolleté or hands can also be successfully treated. On the face itself, it is most often used:
